Gathering & Retreat Terms & Conditions
I confirm and agree that the following terms and conditions and undertakings apply to the activities, immersions, retreats and gatherings located on brooke-brash.com (including those provided by Brooke Brash, Alison Godbier and Gemma Davis). Before we get started, here are a few points to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
Health and Fitness: I understand that it's important that I’m in good health to participate in the activities. Please ensure you've seen a medical practitioner within the last six months and are capable of engaging in various movements like breath work, sauna, walking, and swimming.
Following Instructions: I understand that the team is here to guide me through the activities. I will follow their instructions carefully regarding when, where, and how to participate.
Acknowledging Risks: I understand that it's essential to recognize that participating in activities carries some level of risk. By joining, I voluntarily accept this risk and confirm that I’m physically fit to participate without endangering yourself. I acknowledge that the facilitators, its owners, teachers or employees and contractors or assistants are not deemed to be responsible or liable (whether in contract or in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or other mishaps I sustain arising from or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the Activities.
Indemnification: I indemnify and hold harmless Brooke Brash, Alison Godbier, and Gemma Davis, along with our team, from any actions, suits, causes of action, proceedings, costs, expenses and claims arising from your participation in our activities.
Payment and Refunds: I understand that payments made for our retreats and gatherings are non-refundable. We understand plans may change, and may offer you a way to transfer payments to another offering within a 12-month period. You will still need to fulfil your contractual obligation to repayments until all monies are received. Refunds or transfers aren't available within four weeks of the retreat date.
Cancellation Policy: I understand that there may be instances where Brooke, Alison and/or Gemma need to cancel due to insufficient bookings. In such cases, we'll offer you a credit valid for 12 months, equivalent to the amount you've paid, to be used for any of our services.
